This Junmai Daiginjo has been long known as the “Miracle Saké” due to the completely organic form of rice production, with the process being pesticide and fertilizer free. Brewer Kikuchi Shuzo prides itself on its traditional methods of harvesting each rice crop by hand with no machinery used in the whole process.
