Cucumber Sake-tini

Simply beautiful and simply delicious. Chilled saké over a bed of  freshly peeled cucumber strings, makes for wonderfully subtle infused flavour. All finished with a delicate touch of microherbs. Enjoy! 
 
Ingredients
50mL chilled saké
Half small cucumber, grated into long strips
Micro herb to garnish


Method
  1. Add thinly grated cucumber strings into martini glass
  2. Add a generous serving of chilled sake
  3. Garnish with micro herbs
  4. For another kind of zing, add a squeeze of lemon or lime juice!
