Slightly sweet, slightly sour and totally refreshing. The Sake Blush really delivers with fresh fruity flavours, rich colour with a delightfully creative presentation.
 
Ingredients
Pomegranate juice ice balls
75-90mL Saké 
Pomegranate seeds

 

Method
  1. Pre-prepare Pomegranate juice ice balls, use pomegranate juice and freeze two golfball sized spheres per serving.
  2. Place ice balls into martini glass
  3. Pour a serving of sake over ice
  4. Add a serve of Pomegranate seeds
  5. For added richness and a look of sophistication, half freeze pomegranate ice balls for a chilled fruity burst of juice from the centre when pouring the sake over.
