Making use of over 350 years of brewing experience, this Junmaiginjo is the product of the award-winning Kitagawa Honke brewery, a staple of the Saké establishment based in Kyoto. This Saké is created utilizing Gohyakumangoku rice, one of the most popular types of Saké rice from the Niigata prefecture and pure water from Fushimi, Kyoto. The result is a smooth, mild and light tasting Saké that is best taken slightly chilled and pairs ideally with mellow dishes like Tofu or Chawanmushi.
