Using 100% Yamada Nishiki rice grown in the Okayama Prefecture, this Junmai has a refreshing citrus scent that is nicely balanced with a pleasing umami flavour unique to Yamada Nishiki. Offering a pleasant versatility, this Saké can be served lightly chilled, at room temperature, warm or hot, depending on preference, while its strong acidity and sharpness make it a good addition to a wide variety of seafood dishes.
