A refreshing lemon sour drink, Kirin’s Koji Lemon Sour is the first of its kind to emerge from the renowned brewery. A ‘ready-to-drink’ offering that utilises koji in the mixing process, this chuhai has a refreshing flavour, amplified by the umami taste created by the koji addition. Breaking new ground in the ‘ready-to-drink’ category, Kirin Koji Lemon Sour combine the acidity of the lemon with the taste of the umami to create a palatable flavour that goes well with delicate Japanese dishes.
