Brewery: Hanaizumi Brewery


Created as part of the Hanaizumi Saké Brewery’s Roman family of saké, Toroman is specially brewed for the Autumn season. This Junmai Ginjo uses three varieties of locally grown rice, brewed through the “mochi rice 4-stage process”, a traditional, time-tested method that has been handed down through generations. It is believed that Hanaizumi is the only brewery in Japan that still uses this process and the result is a soft, gentle aroma and a smooth taste with depth and body. A rich thickness on the palate offers a deep lingering warmth and makes Toroman saké the ideal companion for any meal.
