Created with natural spring water, this classic Junmaishu is the product of a sake brewery that for over 250 years has prized the purity of craftsmanship and has been considered the true representative Niigata Sake. Imayo Tsukasa Tennensui Junmai is crafted with the heralded Artesian water of Niigata's very own Suganadake Mountain and its lively aroma and purity of flavour make for a naturally smooth and refreshing sake. Best served chilled, this Junmaishu has a sweet but mellow taste and this pairs especially well with Murasaki Uni or Shiro Uni because of the rich umami from both the sake and the sea urchin.
